Lisa Alter and Katie Baron were recently selected to the New York Law Journal’s 2021 “Dealmakers of the Year,'' a distinguished list that profiles the most prominent and hardworking transactional attorneys in New York. Lisa and Katie will be recognized in an upcoming issue of Professional Excellence magazine and honored on October 13th at the New York Legal Awards ceremony taking place in New York City.
