Influence Media Partners has agreed to acquire Anthem Entertainment’s portfolio in a deal valued at more than $600 million. The transaction includes Anthem’s music publishing catalog, master recording rights, and film & TV publishing assets, adding a significant collection of iconic songs and recordings to Influence Media’s growing catalog, including certain rights to songs by Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Timbaland.
